Honestly I was very skeptical when I read all of the bad reviews but the 2 technicians that came to my house to fix my 77 inch Samsung tv which was still under Samsung warranty, could not be more professional. They were in and out in about 30 minutes and even helped me mount my tv back in the wall. The tv had a board issue and they got it replaced and had the tv fixed in no time. I would definitely use them again in the future for any fix you need on your Samsung tv. Thank you guys for helping me fix my tv.

0/5 Stars – Unacceptable Service and Lack of Accountability HSN is a Samsung-contracted service provider. I was required to pay a $130 scheduling fee upfront simply to secure an appointment. The scheduled service window was 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It is now 4:20 p.m., and I have received no communication whatsoever from the company. I have called three times. During each call, the representative stated that the technician “has the parts on his truck and is on his way,” followed by, “You should receive a call from him within 20 minutes.” No such call ever occurred. At the time of writing this review, I am on my fourth call. I have been on hold for over 10 minutes while the representative attempts to contact the technician. The call was ultimately "accidentally" disconnected. At 4:32 p.m.

My review was for HSN out of Glen Burnie MD. The company changed its name and location but using same Google information. Beware!! 12/24/2024 Update: Refrigerator still working after my DIY repairs. 04/03/2024 Update: One year later and still working after my $50.00 self-repair. Amazing how this company is in business. 10/03/2023 Update: As of today, it is still working. Maybe I should start my own SAMSUNG repair business and take their clients. 4/12: I figured out the problem on my own. After I put the refrigerator back together, I found that the actual (only) problem was that the refrigerator side (sealed system) was low on freon. $50 in parts, vacuum pump rental, and a few hours of time and it's working again. Would give them zero stars if I can. Just know If Samsung sends them out to repair your item your screwed. Very dishonest company. God forbid you have a single bug in your tv in Florida. They will void your warranty. I’d never buy another Samsung product. 1 year old $1500 s95b done because of a single bug. 1 bug to them is an infestation. Where is the infestation?

Called Samsung and they sent this company to me to fix my cooktop. Technician comes out after being explained that 4 burners work, with the 5th one not being able to be turned on with the touch button. Technician comes out, takes apart the cooktop and after frying the board all the way, decides to turn the power off at the breaker. Now the cooktop is totally useless and the guy has left a mess all over the place, not to mention he scratched the outside stainless steel frame. Technician then calls me to tell me the stove doesn't work at all and that I will need to buy the part for $600 to get it fixed. Currently I am waiting for them to investigate the issue and Samsung has also told me they will be calling them to fix the issue as well. In addition, I have now hired a lawyer and will see w
