This is a great place to shop where I experience very good customer service all the time. Recently, I purchased flooring supplies and I used their floor installation service. From the beginning to the end of the project, Judy and Ilda, who are floor specialists, guided me and coordinated with the installers, making sure the project met my expectations. They were so awesome to work with!! Thanks Judy and Ilda for all your advice and help!

Since my door installation project was postponed twice due to an ordering error and damaged materials, and since the cold weather in December prohibited the installation (I initiated the product mid-September), I instructed the Home Depot staff who contacted me about the postponements to hold the ordered materials until the weather was more confusing to having a door removed in my home. I instructed that I would not tolerate any issues regarding lost, damaged, or missing materials, and would be in touch regarding scheduling the installation, probably sometime in the spring. I found the experience from the start of this encounter with Home Depot frustrating, unprofessional, and condescending.
