Home Services at The Home Depot

This would’ve easily been 5 stars because the crews installing my hard surface and carpet were great. However, after having multiple bids I decided to go with Home Depot as their bid was in line with the rest and I could go see my materials in large pieces instead of a 3x3 sq. Scheduling the yard surface install certainly took much longer than I expected but the part that really burned me was from the estimator, who missed accounting for materials and an additional cost of over 1k, and the up charge for leveling at $1500. While I acknowledge that the floor needed some additional leveling and repair than what is allotted, $1500 was a bit much. This accounted for a 25% increase in my total. They got here on time. They're very home. Depot was very, very, very understanding. I was going through some surgeries and had to cancel the installment 3 times but they were very understanding or at least the people that installed for them were very, very understanding and home depot gave me a really good price on the carpet, like I said everything went great. I'd recommend home depot to anybody that wants to take care of their house.

The fence installers were at our house on September 15, 2025 to put up our new ordered fence. What should have been a day or two to install, took two months to finish. On September 15, the installers didn’t have some of the correct parts with them. We reached out to the project manager and he said it’ll take about two weeks to order the correct parts. More than two weeks have passed and we still were waiting to hear back from Peerless Fence. We have learned that the project manager in charge unfortunately forgot to place the order. More than two weeks have now passed and we still have not heard from them. We have made several calls, have sent text messages, sent emails but no one ever returned any of our queries. The company was good but the sales guy Jordan was complete garbage!! He did NOT return my phone calls or follow up on the job once I provided payment !

This is the second time we’ve used them and it was wonderful. The techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone
