Very Very Disappointed!!!! However it seems that the majority of others have all had frustrating experiences with Cerritos Home Depot. I went to Cerritos Home Depot and assisted by Frank. He was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He gave me an estimate on Milgard windows and scheduled someone to come and verify measurements & give me price on installation. The installation estimator showed up on time but that's where good service ended. I was informed that they only install Simonton, not Milgard as I was quoted at the store. He did not seem knowledgeable of Milgard windows and actually critical of them. He said Simonton is their best seller but when I looked up Simonton windows at Home Depot, customer rating was 1 1/2 stars. I asked a lot of questions about how they would install. I ne

Now here's something you can talk about bought flooring lot of different styles Eric was really very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the flooring it was best for us good warranty durable we have decided to install it our self and he was a tremendous help in showing us how to do it and getting us the tools that we needed Harbor and MacArthur in Santa Ana that's my home store

Evidently the employees don't care about policy and procedure they park up front where all the customers are parking so us customers who actually pay for their salary have to walk twice as far because they're too lazy to park in their designed area.
