I would first like to start off by saying that I am a business owner and have many years of sales and sales training experience. Where I live (Mount Sinai), I have the geographical choice of using 3 local Home Depot's. After visiting 2 others with my wife, she had decided to stop at the "Coram Home Depot" because she was in the area. She also happened to have all 3 of our children (ages 5,3 and 1) with her to get information on a new patio door and windows. She was immediately approached by a gentlemen named Chen.
