Home Services at The Home Depot

I bought a 5-ton air conditioning unit from Blue Flame through Home Depot Home Services at this Everett location, and also hired Blue Flame for some other work. When I can, I'm going to update this review with more detail. In this case, I've had so many problems with this company, it really is hard to put it all down in a review in a concise way. Just one example is, I paid for them to come out to solve a rust problem in my air handler on July 3rd, and the work still has not been completed three weeks later. When the technician came out on July 3rd to assess the situation, he told me to limit my use of the HVAC. So now, 3 weeks later, I assume I'm not supposed to use my AC without risking worsening the rust issue. Next, they told me I would have better air flow throughout my home because

We recieved frantic, flakey customer service while buying a new oven. They were supposed to get it ready for us to take home, several hours later it still wasn't ready for us to load into the truck. When we got the oven home and installed it, there were't any knobs. We called them and they ordered knobs, from the manufacturer... AND THEN THEY CHARGED US NOT ONLY FOR THE KNOBS, BUT THE SHIPPING TOO! Awful experience all around.

Home Depot is serving customers who refuse to wear masks, no questions asked.
