The service itself was well worth it. And this technician was on point. There were a few opportunities in the communication for the booked appointment.. I got a text message to pick an appointment date in time, which I did. However, it seems there are two different systems, so that text did not book an appointment. I lost time from work waiting for someone who wasn't coming. I finally called and was told that text message system was a disconnect from the actual scheduling system. Well, let's just get that fixed! Beyond that, when they came out all was well. A full and thorough assessment was done, i got a free a HVAC filter and the technician told me the status of my system. It was a real value. Except for the one little misstep, I would do it again, anytime!

Our home is so much more comfortable now, it's great. The installation was handled really professionally. The whole process felt pretty smooth from start to finish. It's nice to have reliable HVAC service again. I'm glad we went with this service option.

3 Time's I have made an appointment for a cabinet refacing consultation. 3 time's they have cancelled the day of saying there is no-one in my area or saying I didn't confirm the appoint once when I did. As a customer that makes plans to meet with someone and three time's in a row his time was wasted I will not be using any of Home Depos home services ever now. I see that as not respecting my time. When shopping in Home Depot for anything else I get OK service.
