Home Services at The Home Depot

I am amending this review due to the help from David and his two helpers along with two reps that came by and assured me of the work being done. Mike Spates the field director even stopped by to check on the work. I originally left a bad review but when people go out of their way to help it obviously shows they care and will address issues. Thank you Home Depot Services.

ZERO STARS! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use Home Depot to design your kitchen, let alone ANYTHING else in your home! SO many overpromise & under-deliver! First of all, Michele Schultz, is the in-home design consultant. While it was nice, she has ZERO skin in the game when it comes to what will happen in your home, she makes LOTS of promises & then no one will hold up to their end of what was promised. She will not respond to your problems via email, she will not even jump in when you are addressing her promises with management & say "YES" I told them we would do that. Even with emails, you have to follow up, complain, and take it to a higher level to get it approved, when it was already promised. Some of your workers should give more care not send u some where and go back to talking personal talk so i had to find someone else to help me measure tile for my house
