Had installation done by The countertop factory. A company that works with Home Depot for kitchen countertops. The countertop is beautiful! Santiago the installer was amazing! You can tell he really takes his job serious and aims to please costumers. But I’m disappointed with the gentleman that came to measure. Our soap dispenser is completely useless as there is not enough room to get bottle in. Howard (the measuring guy) came to measure as he was training a young man. I heard the young man ask something about piping. The trainer told him it wasn’t our problem. I asked about it and they ignored my question. Which I thought was strange. Well yes something was suppose to be done to piping prior which may have not been their problem but why not mention it out of curtesy so it can be address

I did have problems with the flooring dept at Home Depot, however I would like to do a Good Shout Out to Karen H. who works in the flooring dept in the Glendale Heights store! I had an issue with my billing and she helped me take care of it quickly and it turned out great! I was very relieved! Thank You Karen!! ❤️

The older gentleman at the counter on Jan 3, 2026 was very friendly. When I returned the rental van that same evening, someone outside at the east entrance was staring at me starting from when I pulled up with the truck, and walked straight towards me when I left the truck to drop off the key. He walked up to me and said, without a greeting nor friendliness, "JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, YOURE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT TRUCK IF YOU LEAVE IT HERE OVERNIGHT." I told him that the man at the counter explained to me that I can drop it off with the key. He countered "YOU'RE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR IT." I explained that I got the insurance for it when I rented it. He responded passive aggressively, "ALL RIGHT!??" Treat your customers like that and they're going to look elsewhere to do their business. No i

The carpet installation team were polite and professional. Did a great job.
