The reason for my negative comments would be in the fact, that the original salesperson that was scheduled never showed up and there was a severe lack of communication on the installation manager's end. I requested call backs multiple times so that I would know what happened and why salesman never showed up and I never received one from the manager. I had to follow up multiple times to manage my project, which is not what I expected dealing with Home Depot. The project itself was very poorly managed and communicated. The installer that ended up completing the job was wonderful, but they sent him with the wrong living room window.
