Home Services at The Home Depot

I am very very disappointed with Service quality i have received from Blinds and Shades Installation department. we have an Arch window winch we would like Home Depot to install a blind for. They took $50+ for the man to come and take the measurement of the arch windows and others. The man came and measure every thing including the Arch windows. When we went to the store to start the selection processes, there were only the rectangular windows measurements and nothing about the arch windows. No one explain where the Arch measurement are. instead they said you have to pay $150+ for some one to come again and measure them as they needed a frame. No one told us about this in the first visit. so disappointed. but fine, i paid that, and a man came with frames and measure the Arch windows again

We have dealt with Home Depot ever since they have been in Katy. I have never had a problem that they would not resolve. Both with either a product or installation. That's always been important to me, how you handle our business relationship over the years. Thanks Home Depot.....

Not so good only one guy at paint department on Sunday telling people that the mixer machine broke down so he don’t get to much responsibility he said go to Lowe’s!! He is a funny guy with blue eyes!!

Terrible customer Service. I bought a 2 wheeler and had a cotter pin missing. I went to check and half the 2 wheelers have missing cotter pins. A talk to a manager Akbar and he couldn't care less. He basically just walked away and dismissed my comments What he fails to realize is that a missing cotter pin is a huge liability and safety risk

They keep showing stuff available and after order it they keep canceling
