The workers were very helpful but the process was horrid, I had my floors measured,paid my 35 dollars but they treated the measurement information like it was top secret (must pick a product - like the measurements are going change depending on the brand of wood-annoying) , scared I was going to take the measurement elsewhere I guess. So I picked a product. Then I asked for multiple quotes to have options as to what I could afford to have completed..the staff helped to make that request happen but the process should not be so stressful in ..dealing with a remote person on the phone, that person had to be called back because they didn't send the quotes...it was long process and it ate up over two hour easily.
