I am so frustrated. I ordered online and paid good money for solid hardwood flooring from #thehomedepot. It is #bruce brand... I had trouble from the moment of delivery. Had to use 45 minutes of time to pay my carpenter to unload it with the delivery service they chose simply because he wasn't willing to come if he had to unload himself and it would not fit on his skid. Once the floor guys came to do the install, 6 atleast out of 24 boxes came at different widths causing gaps, splits in a ton, and some chipped or damaged in that fashion. So I call, takes 35 minutes waiting, another 30 to list my complaints but mainly get it worked out. They offer me a 25% discount on the 7 boxes I order and pay the money upfront because the return would take longer. Cannot speed up shipping. But insure me
