Home Services at The Home Depot

Unfortunately I would have liked to actually review the installation of my garage door opener, but we never made it that far. Ordered the garage door opener with installation through home services. The website said they would call within 3 days, but no call. Went into the store and asked when they would get a hold of me to set up an installation, the lady at the pro desk said she made a.note of it and someone would call. I called the 855 number on the website and the person on the phone said overhead doors would be doing the installation and gave me the 800 number to call them. Called the 800 number and the automated phone service said to enter the 8 digit po number. I have no 8 digit po number. So I went back to the local store and canceled the whole order. We had carpet installed by them in December 2016. The installers were Romanoff Flooring. They left us with lots of damage to our walls, baseboards, door facings, a busted door and damage to two pieces of furniture. I have tried numerous times to get someone to address these problems but they always say they will get back to me and they never do. I have talked to and emailed Trisha Kinskey with Romanoff Flooring and no results from her. Also talked to Tammy at Home Depot twice and was told she would email the pictures of the damage to Ryan(assistant store manager) and Tammy(the store manager). When I called her back about a week later she told me to call and talk to Ryan the assistant store manager. Called and was told he wasn't in. Left my name and number and he never called me back eithe

Don't even try to buy doors here, people in this department incredibly rude and unhelpful, I paid $30 for a measure and quote, guy never showed until 2 days after he said he would then he messed up the measure which required him to come back out to my house. If I'm going to pay $3000 for new interior doors I expect a little bit better service
