Home Services at The Home Depot

What a major disappointment! Before moving to Monument I loved my local Home Depot, however, I have had numerous negative experiences with the Monument Home Depot, and finally decided to share my opinions for all to see. For starters, I have had numerous issues, lack of follow through from the delivery team, different people give conflicting info in the tool rental center, and associates on the floor giving completely inaccurate and wrong information. Now during Covid19 I don't feel safe at Home Depot, for starters, the few occasions I have been in the store, I have observed numerous employees at least 6 who were not wearing a mask despite the Colorado Mandate that ALL employees of essential businesses be wearing mask while working. Additionally, Home Depot is still extremely limiting

Can't even get in the store cause ur line is so long. Doesn't make a bit of sense to funnel people through one entrance making them closer together than if we just went about our business. Wake up people
