In all honesty, I would not even rate this store one star. The only reason I even came to this location was because a Pergola my husband and I were purchasing was processed by their contractor at this location. Our HOA didn't approve the pergola, so it called for us to cancel the installation. I was told that I would have to come to the store to process the refund. I went to the store and the young lady told me that I would have to wait one business day in order for them to do a refund. So I waited and drove another 30 minutes the next day for processing. I returned the next day only to be told that something needs to be processed on the end of the contractor and that I could return Sunday morning for processing. The young lady told me to come around 11 on Sunday and she would process
