TLDR: do NOT sign up for their monthly membership if you don’t wish to pay for it the rest of your life (and honestly into the afterlife I’m sure). After calling the company out for a duct repair estimate, I signed up for their monthly membership. This was supposed to cover general ac maintenance. I ended up making an appointment for ac maintenance a couple months after I signed up for the membership. I was given a window of time for my appointment and made sure to he at home for that time. Later that day, after my appointment window passed, I called to see if my appointment window was delayed since no one came to my house. I was told they came earlier in the day (2 hours BEFORE my appointment window). I had not received a phone call, text, or email regarding ther earlier time slot. I dec

Do not do business with these people! I signed up for the monthly service fee thinking it was a good deal. On 3 separate occasions I tried scheduling a service only for no one to show up. Two of those times I wasn't even given a phone call as a heads up. After this I attempted to call and cancel my monthly membership. There are a bunch of hoops to jump through that make it more difficult than it needs to be. Most frustrating of all I am continuing to be billed by this company. The last time I called I was told the issue was fixed and I would no longer be billed. Quite literally the very next day I received a charge to my card. Do not use this company!
