The Home Depot

We picked up insulation and the machine. My husband taught me alot lol. The staff was great and they exhibited extreme patience with customers!

The employees were great to me as a customer. What I did not like was a higher up that doesn’t experience everyday work in this #114 home depot on mt zion rd. My experience of just shopping for plants was ruined by hearing the agonizing voice of a guy going off on the manager of why this and that and this this and that that. It just ruins the customers experience because why am i hearing a conversation that should be taken in the back office not on floor where there is customers. Unprofessional! and the way he was talking to those workers even more unprofessional! Other than that those people that the higher up, a nobody, was talking to seemed like very good and hard working people. Your own high ups make your store look bad think about that.

I had a quick DIY project at home so I was running to get a plank of wood and while I was there I decided to have it cut. The gentleman was so nice and gave a great suggestions and had me in and out of there in no time thanks a bunch for your excellent customer service. sorry I didn't catch his name

Customer service was absolutely horrible. The manager walked around with a pretentious heir, not acknowledging any of the guests he walked by. The cashier didn't greet me, didn't say thanks, come again, nothing...just handed me the receipt. I asked her why she didn't say hello, thanks, or goodbye. She just stood there with a blank stare. Yasene, needs some coaching on how to take care of the customers, but for God's sake don't get the manager on duty today to do it.

I want to shout out Ms. Sondra and Mr. Gary! On 8/20/25 I visited this Home Depot for insect repellent. During my visit I experienced something that didn’t make me feel comfortable. Ms. Sondra instantly noticed me and directed me to customer service. Mr. Gary greeted me at the customer service desk and from there they both did everything to change my experience in the store. I’m truly thankful and grateful for both of them. I’m gonna find another way to submit a survey for them. I feel like they should be recognized for their efforts to put a smile back on my face and for representing Home Depot in an outstanding way. I will be back as always. Thanks again Mr. Gary and Ms. Sondra!
