Alex C the sears technician was absolutely fantastic!! Found the problem within minutes, great attitude and character. Explained everything he was doing and what i needed to do with future appliance upkeep. Told me about sears prevention plans and how they help save for future problems. @ Sears management, Great person to have on the team I'm impressed and will send anyone in need for your services. Also your AI chat box needs updating, it gives limited access on things asked.

Service calls are scheduled way to far out. It is very difficult to reach someone to schedule a service call. There are not enough options to give AI a full explanation on why you are calling. The compressor went out on my refrigerator. Parts were order and delivered to me within three days. It took almost three weeks to get a service text out to do the repairs needed. In the meantime I had to spent money on purchasing ice for three coolers this resulted in me losing most of the food in my refrigerator and freezer compartment. The technician that came out was very courteous and seem to know what he was doing.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sears Appliance Repair. The entire process was riddled with chronic inefficiencies and a complete lack of genuine customer support. Their reliance on AI tools, rather than providing access to actual human representatives for voice or chat support, was nothing short of a nightmare. It took two full months and five separate visits to replace a simple defrost part – which is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I reached out to a supervisor for help, instead of taking responsibility or addressing the failures in their system, they shifted the blame onto my home service agreement (HSA). Eli from sears repair arrived on time, ver friendly, customer service oriented, and thorough. Eli explained the process of what happened to my dryer; he fixed the belt and pulley lever on my dryer. Job took less than an hour and he cleaned both dryer and surrounding area’s impeccably. 5 star service!

After Technician installed ordered Parts on 11/3/25. I was instructed to Moniter the Chilling Progress over a Period of time! And told to Not buy new food for Storage in it till it was Determined that appliance was chilling Properly. Several hours Later Appliance was Checked & rechecked..It was Determined that Frigidaire was blowing VERY VERY Warm Air! No Where Near the temperature Chilling Range for a freezer! I was Alarmed at HOW WARM the air was! So Much So I Considered it a Safety Hazard to Retire for the night an Leave it Running for additional time! Therefore I unplugged appliance. Therefore I'm requesting that the Technician BE RECALLED to my residence as SOON AS POSSIBLE! Was extremely pleased with Technicians work! Problem is the Appliance is Still NOT Functioning Properly!
