Home Services at The Home Depot

I am so unbelievably disappointed in the service we've received at the Home Depot in Normal, Illinois. We purchased two replacement garage doors in July. We paid for the doors in full. The installer came out, confirmed the measurements and the order was placed. We have called four times and physically visited the store twice about this purchase. The service people there continue to tell us it's their partner causing the delay. Today, I went to the store because when I called the service person was unable to give me any updates, and we'd have to wait until Monday for the store to contact distributor. Needed a patio door installed, so many things went wrong. -Home Depot never called me with a window time of when the installers would be at my house to do the measurements. -The installers were rude and talked to me like I was stupid when I was just trying to get as much information as possible. -I had to make 3 trips out to Home Depot to build my door but they never had the measurements. -Twice after standing around in the isle in front of the door and window section for 15 minutes finally someone asked me if I needed help. -Then when they finally got the notes come to find out they wrote down 'Will not do'. Thanks! You could have told me that before you left my house with the measurements and not let me ask all those questions and be rude to me when you weren't gonna install anyway! I
