DO NOT ORDER GRANITE COUNTERTOPS FROM HOME DEPOT!!! Home Depot uses a company by the name of Top Master who provides the granite and installation. Shortly after installation the counter top developed a hairline crack at the weakest part of slab around the sink cutout. Top Master sent out a representative who advised the top could not be repaired and and also found where the slab was chipped on the bottom side. The representative also advised that the sink cutout was improperly done so he measured for the top to be replaced. Today we were notified by Top Master that the chip was not there problem and would be unable to help us in any way. Home Depot was also notified of this decision and did nothing to help. With all the granite companies in the O'Fallon, Missouri area please DO NOT!!!!!! p

Zero stars!!! On 10/5 I Ordered the same carpeting and pad for my basement and master bedroom areas. Paid for carpet with master bedroom included. Verified it was included with sales person Lloyd and 2 others at front desk before I signed receipt. They come to install 2 weeks later and say oh master bed is not included. We don't have that much carpeting with us. I call Lloyd and mgr Greg and they are extremely rude, say they don't know what I'm talking about and it must have been a "computer glitch". But if we want master bed carpet it will be another $1400. I was floored and infuriated. I verified 3 times with 3 different people that all these areas were included. I had the cabinets refaced and I was under the impression they were doing the inside and outside of the cabinets. They only do the outside of the cabinet face, not even the bottom of the top row of cabinets. I paid 9,000 for them to glue on the outside, new doors and new drawers. The inside still is old. I could have paid 3,000 more for all new stuff. Absolute waste of money.
