Very good experience with only one misstep. Received the quote for 1000 sq ft of carpet and a small mud room with LVP. I was quite happy with the quote as I had gotten one from a flooring contractor which was considerably higher. I did change the carpet when I ordered formally which I called customer service to do that . The digital quote was nice but if you change after it’s not as seamless as it should be. The agent took the payment and gave me info on the installers they contract with. I did not get a digital (or any) receipt which I found odd. I had to go to Home Depot several times as they couldn’t pull up a receipt. They could see the order but not print a receipt. They assured me that it’s in the system and I wouldn’t need a receipt if any issues. I did finally get a mana

Home Depot uses Superior for its carpet projects. The installation crew spoke broken English and installed our carpet runner off-centered. After going back and forth with Home Depot and Superior for months they gave us hope that they could fix it and then turned around and said we "changed our minds on the project" and would need to pay for a second installation. We do not recommend home Depot or Superior for any of your carpeting projects

We had a great experience with Home Depot's Concierge service for flooring. The installers for both carpet and LVT were punctual, pleasant, and professional! The only issue we had was the estimator failed to include what it would take to remove the old floor, so we had to do some last-minute negotiating which could have been avoided. He was here for kind of a fast sale.

The worst!! After 4 I repeat 4 times they came out to do measurements and quote they still got it wrong. They came and removed 20% of my wood floors then let me know that the price would go from 5500.00 to over 10k. We are fighting for our money back since they requested we pay up front. BEWARE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ATE DOING.

I made an appointment to have my furnace tuned up through Home Depot. First scheduled date they were a no call no show. When I call them back to reschedule All they had available was 3 weeks out. They squeezed me in about a week later. Gave me a 4 hour window. Said they would call 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. After the four hour window was up, I called them to see if they were going to show up this time. They said they would check where the technician was and call me back. Nobody called me back. Somebody just showed up. When they were here, the service was fine. Just a major headache to get them here.
