The technician Chris did a great job and very knowledgeable, on time with good communication. The digital assistant (AI) was problematic. We had trouble with our address and after multiple calls trying to straighten it out , never being able to speak to a real person had doubts about this company. We had to call Home Depot sales lady to get help with her supervisor. I feel the AI was ok until there was an issue. There should be a backup human to help solve issues. At some point we questioned this company and wanted to notify Home Depot with the issue. We were grateful the technician Chris was a great representation for his employer making our choice to try them out a good choice. AI was problematic. That needs to be addressed.

Fast and friendly service this morning, I was able to get in and out quickly with a knowledgeable staff member. we answered all my questions regarding the rental of the tools for a project we are working on

The woman at customer service was outright mean with no provication. Extremely nasty. One of the worst expereinces I have ever had. Completely uncalled for, I will not be comming back to this home depot again.

Home Depot has caused me to lose money. I am a Pro Elite Customer, as my company purchases over $25,000 in products and materials from Home Depot monthly. I arrived at this store to rent equipment, and they refused to rent it to me because their photo ID system couldn't identify me. How is that possible, since I have a Pro Elite account and I have credit cards for my business and personal accounts? In the end, they refused to rent the equipment to me, and I lost a day's work and $1,800 in my employees' salaries. The only option they gave me was to rent it online so they could deliver the equipment to me. That way, they don't require the new ID policy. However, I would have to pay $150 for the delivery and $150 for the pickup. That solution has only one name (SCAM). They practically force y

Needed a fan with specific characteristics. Went to Donald Ross Road Home Depot and asked for help after no success on my own. The two woman that helped me not only did they nail it …. but hit it out of the park. Can’t recall one of their names but the other was Robin (department head - fans area). They were efficient, friendly, great sense of humour, reacted immediately to my request. Thoroughly enjoyed their encounter and excellent customer service . The fan is fabulous also as an aside !
