Dont order anything through here. Got a new washer dryer. Third party installers didnt show or refused to install the first 5! times they came. When they did install they made a pool of water in the bathroom, tracked mud all over the bathroom / new carpets, cleaned none of it and despite home depot originally saying they would compensate us for our inconvenience (5 days off of work + not having a washer dryer for weeks) once installed they dont care at all.

Worst customer service ever received. Employees send you from department to department and all blame each other. Had to pay for multiple measures for new flooring and bathroom renovations only to be told that I'd need a 3rd measure because they didn't consider I needed new tile in the bathroom! One person tells you one thing another person says another. Even the "specialists" in their proper department don't know their stuff - when I sit down to design a bathroom the employee should help with the design - give options and choices and suggestions. None of that happened - instead I was told I "fit into a stereotype" because of the style of cabinets I wanted and should expect to be ripped off for that choice. All Amateurs in this store. Worst ever Home Depot - period.

I purchased the counter tops for my kitchen here. BIG MISTAKE! What a horrible service, they sent a stone that is horribly stained (is part of the stone, so they say), and refuse to exchange. The company that installed it (Counter Intelligence), don't return calls nor Emails, and I'm very, very disappointed. My wife and I waited 5 years to get our kitchen done, and now we are stuck with something we don't like. Good job Home Depot.
