If I could give it 0 stars I would. Only enjoyable experiences from THD on my window project was the salesmen Bobby and also Installers were good very competent and showed up on time. Project manager was by far one of the worst I dealt with. He was completely over his head with every issue. Scheduling lied to me made me stay home from work to meet with inspectors when they never scheduled inspection. License issue with the county that left my home in disarray for 2 weeks. Project manager never returns calls or texts just reads them and blows me off. I basically had to run the job myself to get things done. Went into Home Depot off 10017 Hwy 19, spoke with a Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant to request a full bath remodel estimate for a manufactured home. The designer asked all the questions and setup a work order with a contractor and told us they would call to set up an appointment. Never hear back. Called the 800 number to follow-up. The first customer agent contacted the contractor and 30 minutes later a representative of construction company called back. Told the person we were waiting for appointment to be scheduled. This person asked property information once I told them it was for a manufactured home this person state the company dies not offer service. When asked what to do next this person was not helpful.. immediately called Home Depot 800 again the second agent not helpf

My favorite Home Depot. Not too busy, and the staff (especially the ladies up front) are always nice. 12/9/17: Had to update my review, had the guy in plumbing help me so much today with an installations dilemma. He came up with a practical solution to the problem I was having (due to lack of thought on a manufacturer's side). He created a custom assembly of parts to make everything fit (and not need to tear everything out). Thank you! 💪👌👍👍👍

Absolutely harassed by one of the workers, my wife and I were picking items when this old man approached us constantly telling us that we had to leave, standing right behind us and even yelling at us where the register was. We left the whole cart behind after putting him in his place.
