Avoid this store if you want anything installed and then backed up for any issues. I have been dealing with install issues for months and no one ever calls you back and you just get passed around. I have been bounced around to 9 different people including the SM who also won't return calls. I have had 8 different contractors show up and take pictures and do some work over the last 4 months. One door they can't fix and the other they don't make in that size anymore (we had it installed in April really?) Back in Feb I orders 7 doors to be installed. They did not arrive to install them until April 5th (first issue). Upon installation we saw several issues including a door installed backwards, gouged out lock and scratched threshold to name a few. All the exterior doors leaked when it rained.

Excellent very professional. Work to make sure everthing done for the customer is completed in a professional and timely manner.
