Alvin was knowledgeable and informative about everything he was doing. He was patient with me and broke everything down to where I understood. I got a heating and cooling tuneup for $8.88, but Alvin gave me $200 to $400 dollars worth of information. I could tell that Alvin loves what he does by the way he was answering my questions. Very respectful to me and my home. Thank you so much Alvin.

they were very thorough in finding the problem of the working furnace, but they took 6 hours to come to the location which wasted my lot of time waiting for them. and they did not even give me the invoice. I’m still waiting for the invoice. then, while on site they were pinpointing all the mistakes done by the previous vendor and finding out my minute defects in the system so to sell their products.

Some of the employees there are fantastic and love to help and are great at it, but using their project service it's damn awful. I called twice for updates and they didn't pick up phone, gad to go in for updates. Corporate couldn't even reach the store. They have also screwed on multiple fronts. Will never use Home Depot ever again.
