Absolutely horrible service by special services and asst mgr. They tried telling me that i was lying and when i offered to bring in the paperwork showing delivery date to show i was right they completely changed the story saying one day here and there doesn't matter and all these dates are an estimate anyway.. when I said how do you feel about your customers paying you an estimate the asst mgr goes "well that's not even for discussion". just a bunch of incompetent people. The one on Utah St next to Starbucks HQ on the other hand is much much better.. Avoid this location at all costs...

Awful experience that still hasn't ended!! We ordered window blinds about 10 months back Still waiting for them to complete the job. Very unresponsive and irresponsible customer support. We have called and gone to the store more than 40 times now. Order for services here at your own risk!

Astonishingly incompetent service. We ordered doors from here ~7 months ago, and they have now failed to install them three times. They measured wrong, they ordered the wrong doors, they forgot to route out room for the hinges, and then they sent us the wrong sized doors AGAIN. It's now May, we ordered doors from them in November to be installed in January, and we still don't have doors. This is unacceptable and I cannot understand how they could possibly have gotten it wrong so many times.

Screwed me on a roof install bearly lasted a year before it started to leak , they wouldnt fix it said past year warrenty ,I said year warranty !! ,its a 30 year plus roof !!,Totally shined me on and few months later another leak occured had to pay someone else again to fix it,couldnt believe after all thoses things I got from them over the years like new furnace , carports etc.they wouldnt come out and fix the leaks ! Never ever again will I get a service job done by Home Depot ,you been warned people by there crappy installers

If you buy any thing that include installation They are the worse They let me waited all day And didn't show up They don't respect the customer time at all I would never buy at this store any product that include installation Customer service told me I should wait till 08:00-09:00 pm
