Home Services at The Home Depot

I tried to order a replacement for a broken window through the Santa Cruz Home Depot. After more than three months of complete incompetence and unhelpfulness, I've finally had to cancel the order and get my money back. They literally could not get the order right. I wanted a double-hung window with a locking mechanism. The first few times, they got a window with no lock. Then there was some kit you could use to install a lock, and we told them we had ordered it with the lock installed, they should do it themselves. Finally got a window that was configured correctly, went to put it in our house, and the top window was completely jammed. You couldn't open it from the top. I like shopping at Home Depot, but not at this store. I understand that we all have bad days, but we shouldn't let our frustration on others that are not to blame. Two employees at this store aren't professionals. Too bad I didn't get their names. They could very well be cooperatives, instead they were very unpolite.
