Samantha did an amazing job cleaning my home! She is by far the best cleaner I have had in the last year! I will definitely be requesting her to clean for the foreseeable future. Her attention to detail is unmatched with all previous cleaners! Thank you for all your hard work and effort in making this home fresh and clean! Thank you for straightening out all the rooms and entire house! I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and coworkers.

I’m so mad I didn’t see these horrible reviews before I signed up! Like so many others on here, I have had a terrible experience with this service. I had 2 decent cleanings initially but my last 2 appointments we no-shows and before that I had a cleaner come and she spent 3 of the 4 hours in the kitchen- doing I don’t know what. It’s a small and tidy kitchen so it should have taken at most 45 minutes, but she left many things dirty, put expensive knives and wooden items through a hot cycle in the dishwasher, and didn’t even touch the bedrooms in the house. She also damaged a wooden step stool with a bottle of cleaner and left a permanent ring. The cherry on top is that she left without telling me with garbage on my doorstep. I have tried to work with Homeaglow to rebook but their cleaners

Darrell was AMAZING!!! He was so thorough and meticulous!! He helped me out tremendously with a big move out deep clean and worked tirelessly through the entire 6 hours, plus more! When the job needed a second day because I underestimated, he made himself available and came back to finish cleaning the next day! He was very kind and talked with me about what I had in mind throughout the entire cleaning!! I cannot recommend him enough!! Will definitely be booking with him again soon!!! I’m telling you, you won’t be disappointed!!! 💯👌🏼🙌🏼

Negligent and misleading. This company scams you! My cleaner was not trained. Kind but had no idea how to clean. Must’ve used dirty rags because my home is dirtier than she found it. I alerted support and asked for anonymity for resolution as they mislead me as having trained cleaners, were negligent to provide her any quality standards and she knows where I live so I didn’t want to resolve directly as she did spend (too much) time here attempting to clean. They immediately went to her and she followed up with me. Now I’m seeing that instead of $170 to cancel (the full price cleaning fee) it’s $299. They are unwilling to compromise on anything and have yet to send me instructions that work to cancel the plan and remove my credit card from their system.

Cassandra did an excellent job!! She was friendly, quick and communicated with me when she ran a few minutes late. I am extremely happy with her detailed cleaning and how good she left my house smelling! I will be requesting her again for sure!
