I had a really tough time with this company, from the salesperson's pushiness, to being pretty much coerced into thousands more dollars in work, to incomplete, shoddy work. Today, almost two years later, I feel much better about the company. After having the GAF inspection, Isiah came out and made sure that the crews who came on site completed everything in accordance with warranty specifications. They replaced and repaired things that had been broken by the first crew. Now, my to-do list of legitimate complaints has been checked off. It just goes to show that a company is only as good as its employees. Hire more people with integrity, and watch your reviews change for the better. Thanks, Isiah.

I bought 42k worth of windows and patio doors from them. I’ve been calling for over a month to get one of tha patio doors fixed, 2 years in and it has a popped seal. It happens, it’s under warranty though right? I’ve called on multiple occasions, left messages, and cannot even get a response. Maybe the review will prompt a chain of events. I’ll keep you posted as to the progress.

Things I really liked: They do their own training and don't use subcontractors. The crew they sent out to do the work, worked! They were usually here between 7:30 or 8 in the morning and stayed until 5 in the evening. It took 3 days. Things I didn't like: They inflat their prices tremendously! We have a small to average size home. The price started out at over 36,000 and ended up at just over 21,000. They didn't do any trim, which stills shocks friends and family. I've been told that trim and siding should always be done together. Also, the dumpster that was brought out tore up our yard, and that company didn't bother with repairing it at all! Lastly, we have unattached removable cement steps in back of our home. They workers said they couldn't move them, so we have no siding behind the

Very down to earth straight forward. The sales member was knowledgeable and kind. This company is all about helping homeowners. The cost of materials is what it is in this market. I was glad to pay for the convenience of having a polite professional family based company, do the work start to finish. The customer service is clear and constant through the whole process. Everything was explained in detail. The whole project was monitored. And follow up support made the whole comforting felt like life long friends. The best transactions are helping business helping us and Supporting our local community.
