Homer Building (601 13th Street) Garage (Atlantic Parking)

Do not park your car here. The valet parking attendant made a deep scratch to my front bumper while pulling out from the space. I contacted Propark and filed a claim on 6/2. I followed up with them twice but they said they’re still investigating the claim. I called their claims department serval times which only allows you to leave a voice mail. I sent my third email but no response either. I have parked here for over a year but after this incident, I will not use their service anymore.

Entry/exit door locked apon arrival. Told to walk into the garage off the street. I though that was normally frowned apon especially when accompanying a woman in heels. Not the safest to walk down the steep ramp of the garage

Well lit, well maintained facility, valet service, carwash service at the bottom level.
