HomeServe has been excellent, but what truly sets them apart is their master technician Chris. He has been to my home multiple times, and every visit has been a great experience. He is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and takes the time to explain things clearly. Without question, he’s the best technician I’ve worked with, and it gives me real peace of mind knowing the job is done right every time. I sincerely hope I continue to have him assigned to all future service visits. HomeServe is lucky to have him.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received regarding my heating system. My system required a replacement part just three days before a major snowstorm. HomeServe responded quickly; the part arrived promptly, and your technician, Christopher, arrived shortly after to complete the installation. Thanks to this efficiency, my heat was restored the day before the storm hit. Had I not invested in the HomeServe heating service plan, this specific part would have cost over $1,000. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend your plans to others.

Homeserve did a great job replacing my 20 yr. Old leaking water heater. They were quick to respond and within 24 hrs. Replaced it. The price was fair and the installation top notch. The two techs worked hard to insure the installation would exceed expectations. They were both very professional and detail Oriented. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

On 1/21/26 my hot air heating system was repeatedly turning on and off. Tech from Homeserve came & cleaned some sensors and said he was going to order me a part. I found the part on my front step at 6:30am 1/22/26. I called for an appointment to have it put in and 2 Techs, I believe 1 was a trainee, came on 1/23/26 and installed the part. Working fine now. All techs involved were courteous and efficient. All is working now.

My boiler was making a weird noise. I have a service contract with Homeserve made appt and they showed the next day and fix the problem. Worth every penny with the contract no out of pocket expenses other than the initial contract price. What peace of mind. Highly recommend. Not to mention they service the boiler once a year with the contract. Pays for itself. The rep that showed up knew the problem immediately fix the problem and was on his way. Said if it weren't for the noise that was different we would have been without hear glad it got done!
