Almost 1 week with my new roof and I am still in awe at how wonderful HomeShield was to work with. From the moment I met Ian I knew choosing them was the perfect fit for me. Ian is nice, professional explains everything in detail and does not try to push any thing on you. Courtney made sure all paperwork and billing information made it to me very fast and she answered emails in a very timely manner. Carlos and his crew, boy what I could say about these folks! Absolutely amazing crew! Carlos kept me updated throughout the day, Carlos and his crew were very professional, nice as can be and treated my home as if it were their own. They paid attention to detail, kept the yard immaculate throughout the day and even set up my yard knick snacks to in a very cute way (ps. I left them the same way)

Working with Ian and the Home Shield staff from beginning to end was a pleasurable experience. The timeline and the work was done as promised and my roof looks amazing. In only 20 hours over 2 days the crew replaced the roof on my 4000 sq ft. 2 story home and left my home and the surroundings cleaner than they found it. Tim O'Brien, the owner, is "the real deal" and rare with integrity. From the beginning, he was professional & approachable. Tim is very focused as a good listener, answering questions & providing precise information on existing roof and course of action. As "it starts from the top on down", Tim's manager, Courtney, is likewise pleasant, efficient, prompt, detailed, communicative and friendly, and understands the roofing business. It followed that Tim's foreman, Carlos, had the same traits, kept watch as work was performed & insured the job was performed well, to Code & to the approval of the City Inspector, all of which was validation for me.
