We recently built a home with Viera Builders and have the Taexx system built in. Getting this initialized and creating a pest protection plan was so easy and amazing with Ana. She described all of the services and the science behind them. She was very well versed in the needs of the new neighborhood and what pest defense we would be needing. Ana was so friendly and able to get us scheduled for our first service the very next day. She even helped complete all the warranty registration for us and made for a wonderful overall experience with Home Team Pest Defense!

We have such an incredible experience with HomeTeam Pest Defense, and I just had to leave a review! Kap (Lancelot Machado) is absolutely outstanding. He called ahead on Friday to let mew know he would be here today, which I really appreciated. When he arrived, he knocked on the door, introduced himself, handed me his card, and asked if we were having any pest issues. He even offered to have me open the lanai so he could treat inside there as well - something he didn't have to do, but i showed how thorough, professional and thoughtful he is.
