First of all I have a heat recovery system that heats my pool as it cools my house, I have had at least 5 A/C companies come out look at my system and walk away, not wanting to even attempt to work on it. Elijah not only was willing to spend the time to understand my system, he was able to fix it in one trip to my house. Very knowledgeable and willing to do the research required to do the job right! Thank you Update, My A/C finally gave out so of course I called Keep' N Cool. Once again a very professional experience. Elijah and Don installed a new more efficient system, plus reinstalled my Hotspot heat recovery system. We needed the Keep N Cool team to come out and diagnose our AC that went down. They were out in less than 24 hours. Matt the technician was professional and explained the repairs.
