The technicians are truly expert craftsmen. They are professional, easy to speak with, and never to busy to answer any questions. They always go the extra mile and have thoroughly exceeded my expectations!

We needed a repair handled on a Sat, and our go-tech AC tech was out of town. We called Quality Comfort at 10am and they arrived about an hour later. The job was finished within 30 minutes. They have a great system for communicating via text. Since our go-tech doesn't do installs, we will certainly consider Quality Comfort for future equipment replacements and repairs when our tech is unavailable.
