Rory did an excellent job in repairing our samsung oven, which had quit working. He explained everything that was needed to fix it and what it would cost. We really liked that the diagnosis charge was included in the total cost since we decided to have it fixed. We will definitely use them in the future when and if needed. Rory was personable and professional, even though he had to give me the news that my oven was dying and needed to be replaced. Then he gave me excellent suggestions of three places to go and why he would choose them. We ordered a new stove from one of them yesterday and I was very pleased with the service we got there also.

Anthony was absolutely fantastic! He clearly knows his stuff and quickly figured out what was wrong with our oven. Not only did he fix it efficiently, but he also took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand. He was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. We have an older Sub Zero refrigerator that wan't keeping temperatures cool enough. The technician (Anthony) was able to quickly diagnose the issue and explained his findings. Once we agreed to have it repaired, he then ordered the replacement (OEM) part and set an appointment for his installation all in the same visit. He then showed up on-time at the scheduled time and finished the repair. Professional, polite and friendly service and he fully explained everything that was done. Would definitely recommend Hometown Hero (and Anthony) and will use again - if needed.

Rory was very nice and knowledgeable. He found the problem with my washing machine right away. Turned out the washer was fine and I had a restriction in my discharge pipe. He made sure my machine was working properly and gave me lots of good information about washers for the future. I would definitely recommend their service.
