I texted this company(Andrew) for a lawn estimate. After getting my info, he never showed up or responded to my texts. Poor customer service.
Andrew was very professional and finished up our project in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Roanoke or surrounding areas.
Told me he had time to mow and would show up within 1 1/2-2 hrs. Over 2 hrs went by I had to check to see if they were coming, I was told they were finishing up and would be on the way. Another hour later I received a message they are busy and will not be coming. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Andrew is on point! Under promised and over delivered for the work I've hired him for. Highly recommend Hometown Lawn Care.
Great customer service and did great work. Definitely recommend them.
