The service that I received from Brook, Homeworks Carpet One & More, and their installer exceeded my expections. The tile project that Brook designed and oversaw looks absolutely spectular in the entryway to our beach home. The appearance really could not be any nicer. Purchased rugs, flooring and window treatments installed in a very professional, timely manner. Worked specifically with Rose on windows, and they look stunning in the condo. Ordered a new track and blinds for our condo. It stopped working after a year of hardly any use. i called to get someone to come look at it. No phone call back . Called again and was told the owner was looking into it. Still no response. Our salesman is no longer there but a representative from the company could have set up an appointment with us to look to see how it could be fixed but they chose to ignore us.
