I had a great experience with Hoosier Appliance Repair and would definitely recommend them. Everything started with a phone call the dispatcher was extremely friendly and professional, asked for all the necessary details and my address, and made the whole process very easy and pleasant. The technician arrived the next day right on time at 12:00 PM, exactly as scheduled. He performed a full diagnosis and provided me with an estimate. The price was fair, so I decided to move forward with the repair. I was also very happy to find out they have a promotion where the service call is free if you approve the estimate, which saved me $59. The technician came back the following day with the required parts and completed the repair quickly and professionally. Now my stove is working perfectly again.

Super quick repair on my gas range in Westfield! Called January 10 at 2 PM, technician arrived promptly, part was in stock (others said 1+ week delay), fixed it same day. No charge for diagnosis/service call because I approved the repair good deal and real money saved. Much faster and more reliable than the major appliance companies. Thanks, guys great job

Highly recommend Hoosier Appliance Repair. They arrived early, quickly diagnosed our washing machine, and walked us through everything they found. Unfortunately there were multiple failing components and the pump was making excessive noise and likely to fail soon. Instead of pushing an expensive repair, they were honest and upfront that the repair costs would outweigh the value of the machine. Fast, professional, and trustworthy service. We will definitely call them again in the future.

The overall experience with Hoosier Appliance Repair was positive. The gentlemen were nice, courteous, and responsive to my phone calls, texts, and emails. Our refrigerator needed a new compressor and it’s back up and running now. I really appreciated them making time on a Sunday for a two hour installation/repair, to help us get our fridge back. It was a little frustrating waiting through some delays in getting the needed parts from LG, but I don’t hold that against Hoosier Appliance. Perhaps as they get further established, they can work on expedited delivery options for manufacturer parts in the future.
