The sales team and Zach specifically was very helpful in helping us choose carpet for our entire upstairs. He also helped us utilize a New Years sale which saved us money! Eric who assists with measuring and supporting the install team came out to our house before the install and the day of the install to talk specifically to the team. The installers led by Rose and Viktor were efficient, professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job installing the new carpet and restretching our basement carpet which had been installed improperly several years ago. It looks brand new again!! Casondra and her team were so helpful throughout this whole process. I could not be happier with the way the floors turned out!
