Kuhl's Contracting

I have used Kuhl's Contracting twice. In 2021, I had ice dams removed from the roof and heat tape placed. The heat tape was very high quality and worked great over the last few years to prevent ice dams. I changed the gutter configuration this year and had the heat tape replaced to align with the new gutter layout. The worker was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kuhl's Contracting.

Up-date March 2021 Another great job by the Kuhl Team! Shortly after having my roof restored last Spring we had an August hail storm. My insurance Company sent their adjuster to assess the damage and submitted an estimate, but also encouraged me to have my contractor submit their own estimate. Kuhl's Team prepared a very specific and detailed estimate, and working closely with the Company resulted in about a 25% increase in the settlement. Materials delivered Monday and the crew worked from 7 to 7 Tuesday and Wednesday finishing noon Thursday. Ben was supervisor for the project and was terrific. I contracted Kuhl's to remove a chimney from my older, St. Paul home. Gustavo (Tavo) performed the work, and I am incredibly pleased with his workmanship and professionalism, and the result of the job. I feel that the demolition was performed with the absolute minimum disruption to the surrounding finish of my house, he took great care with the plastic barriers to keep the interior of my house clean, and removed the chimney in a timely manner. Steve Kuhl and his staff are real professionals. I recently had a squirrel problem in my attic. I called several mitigation companies who gave me ridiculous quotes. Kuhl had provided me a beautiful new roof a few years ago so I called Steve and he immediately sent out a great technician to assess the situation and provide a great solution. It is one thing to have a great new roof but even more important to know that you can rely on a company like Kuhl when follow up service is required. Paul came out to install heat tape on an additional area of our roof. Not only did he do a professional and thoughtful job, he reworked our existing product which had been irregularly placed following a new roof installation. He also blew off our entire roof!
