Scherer Brothers recently replaced an external sliding door set in stucco at our property. From start to finish, their team was prompt, efficient, and highly professional. The removal of the old slider and installation of the new one was seamless, and their attention to detail throughout the installation, and clean-up was above and beyond our expectations. All debris and old materials were removed promptly. We truly appreciate their excellent workmanship and would highly recommend Scherer Brothers to anyone looking for quality service!

Chris Judd, the sales consultant, was not only informative but also kind and answered all my questions. I visited the showroom twice, and he guided me through the process, helping me make an informed decision. The installer team, consisting of Sean, Preston, Justin, and Brendan, was incredibly respectful of my home. They ensured that my floors were covered and cleaned up after each day's work, demonstrating punctuality and consideration. The office staff, Jaime and Jade, were also very helpful and pleasant. Our sales representative, Tom, was knowledgable, kind and patient as we shopped around and made decisions about our windows. He never presented any pressure sales and made himself available as needed. Our installation team, led by Preston was efficient and respectful. The kind of crew you don’t mind having in your home everyday. They always told us ahead of time where they would be working and what to expect. And the results are spectacular. My experience with Sherer Window & Door Consultants in Hopkins was great from start to finish. I wanted to replace all the windows on the back of my house. My Sales Representative (Gary Bettinger) was very helpful. Since he was also my Sales Representative a few years ago when I had the front and side windows replaced, he was knowledgeable as to what I already had done and helped to choose the same windows this time around. Even though the cost of windows had gone up since my initial install, the estimate was reasonable. Amazing work from everyone at Sherer. Tom came over and walked me through the different products and how each one would meet my needs, and recommended going with fiber glass for our new window. Installation was scheduled easily and we were always kept up to date with any changes. The work crew that did the install was very friendly, answered all our questions, and left everything as it was. The inspector commented on how good the job looked, and I totally agree with him. Amazing work all around!
