Hopper Heating & Air Conditioning

Absolutely AMAZING service!!!! I have two young children and our A/C went out on a Friday in August around 5 O'Clock. I called and they came out that evening (after hours) and got me up and running! I have two small children and we HAD to have air! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this company! The techs were professional, prompt, polite and all around really nice! I've definitely found my new Heating and Air go to!!!

I came home from the Holidays and found my heater had stopped working while I was away. They came out the same day I called and found the problem. At first we thought a special part would have to be ordered that would take time to come, but later the same day they called and said they found they had it in stock and they were able to come back and make the repair! They also informed me honestly about what had happened and gave me good advice on how to prevent it from happening again. fantastic service; fast, friendly and professional!

We have been using their services for almost 14 years and can honestly say you will not find a more honest and hard working team. David Hopper and All of their staff are professional, polite and always go the extra mile for their customers. We just had a split unit installed in a large room of our home, the installation team answered all my questions could not have been kinder through the entire process. The job, once finished was flawless!

Came out the same day. They were professional. Even saved me some money because of my warranty...which I didn't even know I had. Could've tried to get over on me, but they didn't. HIGHLY recommend them!

I called this service to come and inspect my heating and air system because it stopped cooling. The tech came promptly which was nice and diagnosed that it needed a new compressor and that I had an option to repair it or replace the system, but it has been 2 1/2 weeks and I have called back and received no response or estimate. I even asked if they could send me a part number for the compressor so that I could send it to another HVAC contractor so I wouldn't have to pay another $75 for a service visit, but nothing; still have not been called back... :-(
