Horizon Forest Products

Horizon Forest provided unfinished engineered wood to my flooring company who installed 1400 square feet in my condo in Nov/ Dec 2025. Within a month at least 30 of the planks themselves have cracked on average 12 inches in length (and I am not talking about the seams). No idea how this is possible. The wood also looks like the top layer is rippling like gentle waves all over the place. No idea how that is possible. My flooring company reached out to Horizon at least 6 weeks ago and Horizon still has not showed up to inspect this disaster costing me $20,000. Horizon Forest clearly doesn't care.

Unfortunately the person who answers the phone has no idea about the products being sold and she is incapable of finding the answers. I decided to go elsewhere to by all my floors.
