My roof was damaged during the hurricane and from the time that I contracted Jason Simmons who’s always been a great friend with horizon roofing jumped right in and had everything covered. I was very happy with the quality of the job and and the color we went with on the shingles. So if your reading this and wondering if your going to get a top quality job I recommend contacting Jason . His knowledge and experience working with insurance companies is top notch.

It was at great experience from start to finish. My neighbor recommended Jason and Alvie at Horizon Roofing after a bad hail storm for my rental property. I was far away the whole time and Jason was communicative, effective, and friendly making the process seamless. Wow, let me begin by saying thank-you one more time to Jacob. This guy literally was like a roof lawyer (if there is a thing) throughout the process. Jacob is the main reason I was able to get a brand new roof with a 50 yr warranty after going back and forth with the insurance adjusters and public adjusters. Jacob worked behind the scenes, took videos and photos and was very knowledgeable of industry standards and how to communicate with the insurance company. Yes it took almost a year of fighting with the insurance company but Jacob never quit and even apologized for the insurance company dragging their feet. And once we finally got the approval to replace the entire roof, Tim, another great Horizon guy made sure I was aware of the process, was there on time, completed the job before

We are very impressed with Horizon Roofing. Our claim started with a call to Jake Pruitt. His customer service was above and beyond. He walked us through the process and dealt with the insurance company on our behalf. He made the entire process painless and smooth for us. The install team led by Tim was phenomenal. I couldn’t believe how fast they completed this project. I thought for sure I would find some nails or small bits of shingles after they left but the team left my yard looking better than they found it. I’m beyond happy and would gladly recommend Horizon Roofing to anyone.
