Within minutes, she gathered all the parts I needed, making the process fast, easy, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely return for future plumbing needs. Took in some broken sink parts. Place was very busy. Wasn't expecting to get assistance with that many customers so tried to find parts on my own. Employee came over after just a few minutes to see if I needed help without me asking, I was pleasantly surprised. Found parts I needed. I thought I would need something that I didn't, they let me know that it wasn't necessary so I wasn't sold something I didn't need. Person at counter also verified I got the exact parts I needed and also confirmed I didn't need that extra part. So was in and out quickly, sold only what was needed and was charged a fair price. Thank you for the great service!

Amazingly well stocked for such a small facility. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful even for a novice like myself if tackling a new kind of plumbing issue. Prices are reasonable due to the service Horn provides in guidance, recommendation and explanation. They are a great asset to West Plains and well worth checking out for your next plumbing challenge or need.
