Jim J. and Remington did an exceptional job making sure that the staircase in our home is beautiful, sturdy, and ready for many years of use. We could not be more pleased. I recently purchased a home in West Plains, and when the seller moved out they scuffed the hardwood floors pretty badly. I called Master's Craft Flooring in West Plains, just to get some advice on how to remove/repair the damage. After speaking to Brian, he offered to come to the house and look at the floors. Within a couple of hours that same day Brian came to my house to look at the floors. He wanted to try to remove the scuffs, and returned later with a compound to determine if they could be removed. Unfortunately for me they could not. Fortunately for me, Brian connected me with Jarrod Ball, who screened and re-coated the finish on the floor.
