Called for service on furnace. 1 room nearest the furnace was warm but rest was 61°. Do you have a crawl space? Yes. Have someone check if an animal might have gotten in and knocked piping apart. Not trying to avoid taking the job but it will be cheaper for you if a friend can do it. He was right. I had someone check and they fixed it. Cat was toasty warm in crawl spce. Hornbuckle called me back to check all was good. That's excellent customer service. If I need service in the future they will be my first call.

Clint and his team have come through for us, time and time again. Whether it's an air conditioning or heating issue or telling us what is the best kind of water softener to buy, they do it all. I highly recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing work!

Hornbuckle recently installed a new HVAC system in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The installation was done with great professionalism, and the quality of their work was excellent. Just last weekend, I ran into some issues while installing a new thermostat (completely on my end). To my surprise, Clint, the owner of the company, personally came out on a Sunday to make sure everything was running properly. After he finished, I asked what I owed, and he simply said, “You’ve been a good customer, this one’s on us.” That kind of honesty, generosity, and commitment to customer service is hard to find these days. These folks are fantastic! They've walked me through several minor heat and a/c repairs over the phone and did a great install when it was finally time to replace the furnace.
